Conference registration is mandatory – Hotel booking is not included in the registration form.
The hotel conference (the Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel) is sold out at this time so please visit your preferred hotel booking site to look into nearby hotel availability.

Note: Please make sure to complete your hotel reservation quickly (before September 12^th). Rooms are available on a first come first serve bases  and the room block will decrease as we get closer to the Conference dates. A credit card will be required at the time of booking for guarantee only. Payment will be made upon check-in.
